Overview
On 20th December, in celebration of World Meditation Day, Project Jagrut Yuva will be introduced across three prominent institutions in Bhopal — CHRIST Sr. Secondary School, Bal Bharti School, and People’s University.
Together, these campuses will engage over 1,800 students in practices that integrate mindfulness, meditation, and social–emotional learning. The program focuses on enhancing attention, emotional resilience, and mental clarity, supporting students in managing stress and building strong coping skills. By embedding wellbeing into education, Project Jagrut Yuva helps young learners grow with confidence, compassion, and a healthy mind ready for future challenges.
